Albany Day Hospital welcomes your feedback as we see this as an opportunity to further improve our services.
We are committed to partnering with consumers to ensure that the policies, procedures and care at Albany Day Hospital meet the needs of our patients, carers and other consumers.
Every patient is asked to complete a Patient Feedback Form. The feedback from these forms is reviewed and discussed at all management and staff meetings, and changes are implemented as and when required.
Our day hospital also liaises with patients and carers regarding specific areas of patient care, organising focus groups and conducting follow-up phone calls.
We are actively committed to engaging with our consumers and welcome your input and feedback.
